Lecce had seen a few fake Rockets in his short career: a few of the more daring (or naive) costume-fond trainers; bad guys in a movie wearing black and an understated but obvious red "R", implied but never mentioned by name. He'd seen them, but wasn't sure why he hoped that the uniform Moria wore was fake. ...Well, not entirely true, but a one-time meeting and seemingly similar affection for the Nidoran species wasn't a very rational one.
He started to say more, but the motion towards the pokemon made him bite his tongue. He couldn't help adding mentally, "Right, if I can find you," but nodded grudgingly and reached for his pokeball. Thankfully, he hadn't handed them over to the Safari Zone clerks yet when the attack had started.
His eyes widened slightly at the Nidoking, both impressed and now hesitant. He was still training his team, and there was only one clear choice. But with Moria's Nidoking not only released, but only a short ways off, it had just turned into an even more dangerous situation. Hopefully all of the recent training would keep things from getting even more dangerous.
His gaze narrowed and flicked to Moria one more time, a trace of worry as he released his pokemon and it roared into being. "C'mon, Nero, time to show your stuff."

Moria was startled by the appearance of the other Nidoking, and though she held her ground, she leant backwards nervously away from the two creatures as her Nidoking rounded on the other, glaring out from under it's heavy forehead at it. Nido males were intensely territorial, particularly with others of the species, and somehow, she'd never seen the reason to train it out of the instinct.
Nidoking raised itself to it's full height, an impressive seven feet, larger than the average size of the species, and roared a challenge at the other, the giant machine-like creature forgotton by it. Moria grimaced. If the two fought, there could be even more widespread damage and, more importantly to her, people injured, particularly if those people were the trainers standing right beside them.
Even in her shock and worry, a small part of her mind recognized the name of the officer's pokemon, recalling that he'd mentioned it as he'd patted her Nidoran back in the Prize Center. She couldn't help admiring his obvious liking for the species, similar to hers.

The Nidoking lifted its head to sniff around the area after its initial entrance roar, and its ears went rigid at the scent and challenge of the other. It quickly whirled around to face it, baring its teeth. The size and probable strength gap made no difference, it would fight until one of them fell.
Lecce grit his teeth. Despite the risks, he still felt that he had no choice. He'd only moved up a rank very recently, and of course the first one of his team he had focused on was his oldest and closest. There was too much of a power gap for the others right now, and he could only see them getting injured in a fight like they seemed to be facing now.
In a way this was the final challenge for him and his ally; if he couldn't control Nero in situations like this one, then there was no way he would be allowed to remain on his team in Cerulean, where if duty called there could be no mistakes.
Lecce wasn't about to allow such a thing to happen. Knowing well the risks he snapped at the two Pokemon with as much authority as he could muster. "There's a bigger rival for you two. Settle your own ranks after the strongest enemy is defeated!"
He pointed towards the Pokemon with the canon on its back, still not knowing exactly what it was. He knew what reaction his Nero would give; this was not the first time he'd broken up a territory dispute, and hoped this would have a better ending than some. So long as no attacks had been exchanged, his attentive nature would make him look where he pointed, and the greater challenge would win out for the time being. He just hoped that Moria's would behave similarly. If not, well... that was why Roserade knew Grass Knot.

Nidoking had taken several short strides toward the other, and it seemed like a territorial battle was inevitable as both squared off, each trying to intimidate the other. Suddenly though, the officer had pointed at the giant weaponized insect and shouted to them both, and, astonishingly, his own Nidoking followed his directing, facing towards the enemy.
Her Nidoking stood straighter, spines bristling, then, just as suddenly, backed down, seemingly seeing the other's sudden disinterest as an awknowledgement of it's own superiority, giving a satisfied snort and turning back around to face the monstrous foe. The two now stood side by side, their respective trainers behind them, and Moria couldn't help a sudden feeling of strength with the two Nidos facing down the enemy together. She glanced over at the man, grinning at him, then seemed to recall something, her face going blank and turning back. Afterall, they may be working together, but they weren't friends, she had to keep reminding herself.
Finally feeling prepared to engage, she finally glanced around the rest of the area, catching sight of one of the young rocket members she'd ordered on that heist, Alfonse, she remembered. Several other people looked like officers, including a man with billowing white hair who stood beside the fearsome pokemon, Entei, which she's spotted earlier. She certainly hoped that he'd be too bothered with the current problem to worry about a few Team Rocket members.

Virance looked around at all the people. This would be an epic battle and he wanted to win it. The competition would be tough, but he could do it!

Serena watched as all the other officers and trainers get ready to fight the Genesect. But at a closer look at some of the trainers, she noticed that they was all wearing Team Rocket uniforms. If they get done with Genesect, the police will probably try to arrest all the Team Rocket members or hopefully they was just dressing up for fun but there was no way to tell.
She nodded to herself before grabbing a pokeball from her side. The Poke Ball was green and had a few pink petals on it. It housed her newest Pokemon that her mother had gotten for her. She tossed it gracefully into the sky before it Poke Ball opened up, shooting out a small storm of Saruka petals out to the ground before reveiling a Lilligant. It danced around beautifully as the petals fell around it and after it stopped dancing, it looked around before seeing the large insect Pokemon at the edge of the forest.
"Lily, we are going to fight that thing and restore peace back to town." Serena calmly said. Lily just nodded as it readied itself. This might be a rather hard fight for the Grass type against the Steel/Bug type but maybe it could win if it was lucky enough.

After a few moments, Vee snapped out of her trance; this was no time for staring! Getting on her borrowed(?) police motorbike again, she released a Pokemon; the red light cleared to show Levia the Shedinja menacingly floating. "Grab on, we're going for a ride!" Vee called out, to which the Shedinja obliged, its claws taking hold of Vee's shoulder. With a loud VRRRRRR of the engine, she charged towards the Genesect. | Levia the Shedinja | Lv 30 | | HP 01/01 | no status | Wonderguard | | ATK 74 | DEF 34 | SATK 23 | SDEF 31 | SPD 38 | Dodge count: 02 left | | Shadow Sneak | Sword Dance | Thief | X-Scissor | {d-derp, I forgot to place Levia's stats.}

Jessi was nervous, as would have been expected from her, when they were all facing off against such a powerful enemy. Plus the near faceoff between the two Nidoking was bad enough to make her more than a little nervous. With a small gulp, she called out her Alakazam, Xarius. Sylvania may have been her best friend, but she would be no match for this new foe, and she didn't want to see her getting hurt. Well, she didn't want any of her Pokemon getting hurt, but that if that was what it took to take down this threat...| Xarius the Alakazam | Level 30 | No status | Synchronize (Magic Guard) | | HP: 101 | ATK: 44 | DEF: 41 | SP.ATK: 102 | SP.DEF: 65 | SPD: 94 | Dodge Count: 0/2 | (Edit: I've started using this stat generator, because it seems to be a lot easier.)

Virance saw that all the trainers were ready to take down the Genesect. He wanted to beat it first, hoping he could use it as a new team member since his team could expand. This would help make his team unstoppable.

Lecce gave a small sigh in relief. The two Nidoking stood side by side for a common goal, though it was obvious that Moria's Nidoking had taken the situation rather differently than he'd intended. At least he hadn't made the situation worse. He glanced to Moria with an embarrassed half-smile, in retrospect finding his actions a little dramatic; what with the pointing and shouting. He thought there was a flicker of a grin, but he blinked, and it was gone. She was facing the enemy pokemon, as he should be doing. He quickly looked looked away and tried to focus, finally taking a look around them to decide a course of action. It was then that he noticed the others fully, other trainers, most in one uniform or other, that had stayed behind to fight together. Some he recognised, the most stand-out being none other than the Chief of command. While too far away to call to he and Serena, he put his faith in the man to lead them with.... "....Is that an Entei?" he asked weakly in surprise, more to himself than aloud. Well. Looked like this was going to be interesting. ((I multiplied the pokemon speeds by their level and got this order for turns: Marche Hurricane (me, aka Wardn) fakt Tara darkchaos flagella Genepe If everyone's alright with that, we can go ahead and start the battle ))

((Thank you for doing that. I meant to get this going earlier, but I'm in the middle of a move ) (For the record, post within 24 hours of the person that goes before you or we will skip your turn. Consider this incentive to keep moving) Entei roared as Elton commanded it to attack, officially starting the battle. He wasn't going to sit around and wait for that damned monster to strike again. The Police Chief told Entei to use Eruption, creating a gusher of lava from the legendary creature. Knowing the Bug-type's weakness, if he could land a few attacks the battle could be over quickly

The purple bug dodged the attack from Entei, noting the singed grass around where the attack ended up landing. There was some serious firepower behind that one, and it'd have to keep track of where it was and where it attacked. Turning to face the others, it decided to play with them before retaliating

Moria watched, stunned, as the powerful legendary dog unleashed an attack at full power, boiling, red-hot magma spewing straight at the menacing machine-like insect and melting anything in it's path, hissing sounds erupting from where it melted stone and rubble. And being stunned by that, she was awestruck when the bug leapt nimbly to the side, dodging the raging river of lava that was directed at it with surprising agility.
"Dodging such an attack.." she whispered, suddenly becoming all too aware of a dropping feeling in her stomach, the onset of actual fear. What if they couldn't stop it? Would it rampage and destroy each and every one of them if they allowed themselves to be beat, pokemon and trainer alike?
It had demonstrated it's power, destoying the market, and it's speed, dodging Entei's attack. But she had to try to take it down. She florished a hand, deciding to take a tip from the Entei's trainer. It was shiny and metalic, so she hoped that that meant it's weakness might be..
"Nidoking, show that thing your true power! Blast it with Flamethrower!" She cried. Nidoking roared, smashing a foot into the ground again for stability, opening it's mouth wide, a flickering light building deep in his throat. The light became a rolling fireball as Nidoking unleashed the attack, exhuming a thick torrent of expanding orange-white flames at the foe, turning the ground into a sea of flame as it rushed forward, setting plants alight and making shattered brick and stone glow a violent red.

Lecce could help be feel more than a bit humbled by the blast coming from the fellow Nidoking; even his own had leaned back automatically, away from the heat and flame. Seeing an opportunity in not waiting, he quickly caught his own partner's attention.
He wasn't sure what type this thing was for certain--it was getting increasingly hard to tell the more he saw. But with the blast still going he wasn't going to send his ally into a direct attack. That left one attck, hopefully a good one. Pointing at the enemy to center his focus, he ordered, "Throw your power in with that, Nero! Earth Power!"
The Nidoking roared in acknowledgment, it leaned its weight forward and began to glow. With a stomp of it foot, a small crack shot across the ground before it, strait and hairline, only spreading outward as it neared its target.

Virance watched all of the others hit the Genesect. "Come on blazy, don't let these push-overs beat you! Blaze kick this big bug!" Virance shouted this as the Blaziken charged the Genesect. It swung its leg up and brought it down, igniting as it went.

Jessi was in awe of the sheer power the others had shown; their Pokemon were so strong and confident... Meekly, she mumbled something to Xarius, who gave a sharp nod. The Alakazam looked at their opponent, sending out a Focus Blast at the Genesect.

Serena was nerveous at the sight of the powerful attacks that was heading for their target, Genesect. But this was no time to back down. She needed to help protect Fushia City from being destoryed by the metaltic Bug Type.
"Lily, how about showing off you Teeter Dance to everyone?" Lily happily nodded then proceeded to dance in a silly manner. She knew that Teeter Dance would put all her allies in a fix and she would apolgize later but with Lily's Entertainment move, she could get rid of the confusion in a snap of a finger.
