Alright, so. If you guys hadn't been following it, Chaos and Tara found out how to make Shadow Pokemon, in the roleplay. Shadow Pokemon were introduced in the games Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. They will be different than in those games, but I will still heavily base their skills and attributes off of the games that birthed them.
However, with how difficult it is to make and contain them, and to keep things fair for everyone, they will NOT be handed out willy-nilly, and you CANNOT make them yourself. Now, I know you guys don't want a gigantic wall of text to read, so I'll just make little bullets, to help this along.

- Every Shadow Pokemon will be a little bit stronger than its original species; 20% stronger, to be exact. The pokemon's stats will be calculated by the pokemon's base stats multiplied by 1.2.
- They will have a fixed level. The Shadow Pokemon in the games never leveled up, so the ones here will stay the same level as they were when you put them into the machine.
- Moves: They will be entirely your choice. The pokemon can have between 1-3 Shadow Moves, and must have at least one regular move.
- Shadow Moves are super effective against non-Shadow Pokemon, and not very effective against other Shadow Pokemon.
- Shadow Pokemon DO NOT get STAB from Shadow Moves, but will still receive STAB from the moves they would if they weren't a Shadow Pokemon.
- Hyper Mode: Every time the Pokemon is in battle, you must RNG a number between 1-100. If it is between 1-10, it goes into Hyper Mode. While it is in Hyper Mode, it has a 60% chance to come out of it on its own, which you must also use a RNG to generate, and it has a 40% chance to do something other than what the trainer is telling it to do(check Bulbapedia's list for what it would do). Instead of the high critical hit ratio, it is a +10% boost to attack power on all Shadow Moves.
- Shadow Pokemon are only given out through certain events, or as rewards. You are not able to make your own, however much you would like to.
- You DO NOT have to have the Pokemon on VDex, but please make sure to be sensible. Don't just say that you popped a legendary out of nowhere, when I offer you the chance to make a Shadow Pokemon.
- I will make all of the custom sprites for the Shadow Pokemon. They will always have a base color of grey/black, with red markings.
- Shadow Pokemon have a tendency to be very, very aggressive, so be sure to take this into account when you're roleplaying with them. They even tend to attack people, and their own trainers, without much cause.
- Rocket trainers only, folks. However, if a Rocket who owns one of these gets defeated/captured by the Police, the Police character may confiscate and, potentially, purify the Shadow Pokemon. Purified Shadow Pokemon retain their enhanced stats, are able to level, have their sprites altered, and have their Shadow Moves replaced by normal ones.
