This isn't an extensive plot so much as an RP situation that I've been wondering about. Would we be counting HM-related elements in the areas? For example:
"Team Rocket has been spotted near the Power Plant," the Commander's voice interrupted over the intercom, gaining every officer's attention. "Send some Cerulean officers to back up the guards there."
"You heard the man," the Captain said in a loud voice that demanded action. He pointed to the oldest recruit. "Get your Lapras attached to the ferry now. Team two, those trees need to be cut down ten minutes ago."
If we include them, they could also be an advantage as well as a disadvantage, like so:
The Kadabra's Disabling wave made the Elite Rocket's skin prickle uncomfortably as it dissipated, returning her Pokemon to its ball to rest. The police team came closer, handcuffs at the ready.
"There's no where for you to go, Rocket," the Detective confirmed, his voice echoing off the cavern walls of Mt. Moon. "Your grunts and your team has been defeated. Come along quietly before things turn ugly."
The Elite smirked knowingly, and stood her ground. "Oh? Has it? I recall only three being defeated."
With that the earth around the group began to shake violently, yet the Elite calmly turned from where many of the police team had fallen to their knees, waving over her shoulder as she did. With a small, mocking laugh she commented, loud enough to be heard over the din of falling rocks and debris, "You rookies obviously have a lot to learn about your enemies."
As the shaking earth around the team of officers finally settled once more into its place, the Detective continued to stare at the rock slide a moment longer before punching his fist hard into the natural flooring of the cave. "...NO!"
"...Is everyone alright?" his second officer asked the group. With nods and shaken replies, he faced his commander. "...I'll inform the Captain of what's happened, Sir."
"No," the Detective replied after a brief pause. He gave a frustrated sigh before getting to his feet and turning the meet. "I'll call the Captain; you and the men get to clearing those boulders off of the main path."
The officer nodded and gave a salute before turning to the rest of the team and directing them, pulling the pokeball containing his battle-weary Machoke free.
These kinds of situations came to mind, so... yeah, I felt the need to ask. Ignorethat the examples and needlessly long. And that the Rockets pwned the Police entirely, please and thank you.
