Alright, so. To get things moving a little bit with the roleplay, I'm proposing a battle tournament-esc thing. The Boss's persona is usually one who likes to see things going on, so if there's nothing going on, she tends to make things happen. Such as a tournament for her own entertainment values.
How it would work is this: those of their own rank would go against others of the same rank. The top players from their ranks would be allowed to fight Tara, along with bing given either a free rank-up, or some other prize. If you have an idea for what a prize would be, please feel free to post it, and I'll add it to a list of my own.

I doubt it, but you'd have to talk to Marche. Besides, I think the police would do more "training" than a "tournament of competitive battling for the sake of the Boss's entertainment," wouldn't you say? xD;

@fire: I think I'd make it be determined on the number of people they had to fight during the tournament. The more entrants at that rank, the more expensive the prize at the end.
@wardn: xD it is, and it'll spark up this forum for a while. So you should probably make a Rocket character. :3 *pokeprodnudgenudge* x3

I would probably choose the rank up, mainly so I could have a full Feraligatr!

Sounds fun. I, too, would like a rank up since some of my pokemon in vdex is at lv. 100 that I want to use.

Well, your pokemon don't have to be the exact level of the ones you want to use. If you have a level 100, you can still use them. The level cap just makes them "seem" lower level. They can be higher level on VDex than they are on the forums, as I explained in the guide.
And with how many people seem interested in it, I'll go ahead and start a sign-up sheet for it. ^^
