Sub-Abilities. I have seen a couple of people here that had their pokemon have a Sub-Ability (Even me) But the only question I ask is how do the pokemon use the Sub-Ability? is it through some kind of special potion or something?

It's an ability just like their usual ability. It's always active, just like the non-hidden ability, so there's no extra way to activate it or anything.

So if my Sableye has Keen Eye and Prankster as its abilitys, are both always on? So its acc. can't be lowered and it can use status moves before the oppenant attack.
